I suppose it's natural that dissatisfied patients will be more likely to leave reviews on an anonymous site like this, but I simply do not understand the admittedly few, negative comments and ratings she has received. Dr Cramp is one of the very best GPs I and my wife have known, and my wife, because of several serious chronic health issues, has known a lot. On the surface she is often brisk, witty and irreverent, at times even sarcastic, in large part to cope with the physical and emotional stress of her job, and yes, she does make me laugh. But you really don't have to look hard under the surface to realise what a very kind, caring and committed GP she is. A mark of how good she is, is that when she is on holiday you'll often hear the reception offering appointments to her patients with the other practise doctors, who are all good in their own right, but more often than not they, like me, would rather wait until she is back. At a routine check up at a breast clinic, which was only, and very reluctantly granted because of Dr Cramp's insistence, my wife's breast cancer was spotted in time, and so she almost certainly saved her life. As I said at the beginning, she really is one of the very best. Thank you very much Dr Cramp, for everything.

The best doctor I've ever been with, caring, concerned, takes pride of her practice and spends time and explains what to expect from her diagnosis. Recommend any doctor in this practice

When I saw Dr Cramp she did not take me seriously at all. Instead of being understanding or listening to what I had to say, she was extremely dismissive and patronising, making completely irrelevant comments. It was a sensitive issue that had taken me a long time to pluck up the courage to go and see a doctor for. I left feeling frustrated and upset, with no help or referral. After this I chose to see another doctor who was actually supportive and did help me, they followed the standard procedure which Dr Cramp had failed to do.

Dr Jessica Cramp has been my GP for many years. I always feel very comfortable discussing personal health matters of both a physical and mental health nature. I have never felt an issue has been too small to discuss. Her manner is friendly, down to earth, warm and good humored - an important quality I believe when some health matters can seem a bit embarrassing to talk about. She has always made me feel at ease. Any on ward referrals to other NHS services have always been prompt and straight forward. I would highly recommend Dr Jessica Cramp and I feel very grateful to have a GP who knows me very well with a good understanding of my medical history and who is very supportive. My experience of current GP's at this practice who I have seen from time to time when Dr Jessica Cramp has been unavailable have also been very positive. Both Dr Webb and Dr Gayton have always taken my concerns seriously and been thorough in their approach. I would highly recommend this practice.
